100% Customer Satisfaction is our GOAL! If you are not satisfied with your RST purchase, you may return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from your purchase date. Go ahead, touch, feel it, poke it, sit on it, make sure it fits and that you are happy with your purchase.

We are so confident that you will love your purchase and shopping experience with RST that we will even pay your return freight charges back to our warehouse from anywhere within the continental US. To process your return just contact an RST customer service representative and we will take it from there. 100% Customer Satisfaction is how we roll! With the RST' 30 day return policy, it's easy. All that is required is for you to send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that themerchandise is in the same condition as you received it.

Return is Easy:

• You can return your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Please retain your original packaging in case you need to return your product. Product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original shipping container or packaging.
• Customer Service will be providing you with our domestic carrier. Customer Service will notify the carrier of the pending pickup with all the pertinent information.
• Once your return is received and inspected in one of our receiving centers (usually within 5-6 working days from pick up), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within approximately 10 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, to post and be reflected on your account.
